In 2018, the High-speed Rail Traction Transformer Project was included in the Library of Major Project of Replacing Old Growth Drivers with New Ones in Shandong Province. 1. Change of business model:
(1) Our company has been granted the qualifications of Class II Contractor of Transmission and Transformation Projects and Electric Power Facility Construction and Installation License (Repair and Trial Run) (Class III), put into service a professional construction service team and also achieved the transformation from a manufacturer to a general service-oriented contractor.
(2) The company actively grasps the industrial policy of the national power sales company, sets up a power sales company, and actively expands its business.

R&D and innovation: since 2015, our company has seized the favorable opportunity of high-speed railway construction and successfully developed the high-speed rail traction transformer, refreshing our products. Compared with similar products, this transformer has its no-load loss reduced by 40% and load loss by 27%, produces superior energy-saving effect and represents the first energy-saving transformer of the structural prototype in China at present. The transformer was put into use in the new Jinan-Qingdao High-speed Railway in August 2018. Besides, our company also became the first private enterprise engaging in the construction of high-speed railway traction power supply.
In March 2018, the company developed a new energy-efficient autotransformer in response to China Railway Corporation's demand for energy-saving products. The product was detected to meet the requirements of the test indicators of the China National Transformer Quality Supervision Testing Center initially on May 30. According to data, compared with currently operating autotransformers of the same capacity, the product, rated as the first set of energy-saving transformer in China, has its no-load loss and load loss decreased by 28.5% and 23.4% respectively, and thus provides a strong guarantee for the construction of intelligent green high-speed railway.
The company was listed in the National Equities Exchange and Quotations on February 10, 2015 with the stock code of 831957. It has become the first new OTC listed enterprise in Qingzhou, and plans to list on the main board in 3-5 years to realize capital financing in the form of public offering.
